Kristian Read is Fox44 News' Sports Director.  He anchors the 10 p.m. sports on weekdays.

Where did you grow up?

Dover, NH                               

Where did you attend school?

• BA in Communication at The University of New Hampshire
• MS in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University               

Where have you worked previously?

Sports Director at KECI-TV, Missoula, Montana

What is the most challenging story you've ever done?

I did a story on an MMA fighter and I decided to fight him in the ring.  He almost broke my larynx.

What are your hobbies?

Grilling delicious steaks, Golfing, Skiing

What are your favorite sports teams?

Patriots, Red Sox, Bruins, Dover High School Hockey

What is your favorite book?

"Breakfast of Champions"

What is your favorite food? 

Premium Roast Beef Sandwich on a freshly baked baguette with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, dill pickles, cheddar cheese, mayo, Dijon mustard and kettle cooked potato chips for texture.

What is one thing you would put on a "bucket list"?

Paint a self portrait.
